This was a big disappointment for us as we have always strived to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere in all of our properties.

However, when this happened, we quickly intervened and started working on resolving the problem. Together with representatives of both sides of the conflict, we began a series of meetings to listen to both sides and understand the causes of the conflict.
